The speaker will be Danielle Kazemi from the Washington Museum. She will be talking about steamboats and the historical impact they had in our history. Please come and bring a friend. Free to the public!!!! Door prize for one lucky winner will also be given. Business meeting will follow.

Representatives from SLCC, South Louisiana Community College, will be in the Multipurpose Room at the main library in Ville Platte most of the day  to share information and answer questions.
