  1. Issue regarding fencing and sewer system at Pine Prairie Branch
  2. Resignation of Library Associate Elizabeth Burnes and request to advertise for a Library Assistant or Library Associate, position with benefits, initial hours 32 per week, rating on classification scale dependent on experience.
  3. Request to develop committee to review the Library’s Library Card/Circulation Policy (last review 2014/2012) and Collection Development Policy (2004) and to develop a Surveillance Camera Policy
  4. Request to purchase portable shelving units for Mamou and Turkey Creek through Library Interiors
