The Library Board of Control will meet Monday December 19 at 4 p.m. at the main library.  The Board will consider a revised 2011 budget as well as the budget for 2012.  Everybody is welcome to attend, and refreshments will be served.  A full meeting agenda will be posted at the main library no later than Friday December 16.

The annual staff workshop and brunch will be held Wed. Dec. 7th at the main library.  The library will be closed to the public until 12 noon.  Basile, Mamou, Turkey Creek, and Pine Prairie branches will open to the public at 1 p.m.  Chataignier will open at its usual time, 2 p.m.

The Library system will reopen on Monday Nov. 28th following the Thanksgiving break. 

Prior to the break, the Ville Platte and Turkey Creek branches will open at 8 a.m. on Wed. Nov. 23rd, rather than their usual Wednesday opening time of 10 a.m.

The Evangeline Parish Library Board of Control will hold its regular meeting (rescheduled) on Wednesday November 16 at 4 p.m. at the main library.  An agenda is posted at the library.  The meeting is open to the public, and refreshments will be served.

The Evangeline Parish Library (main library and all branches) will be closed Friday November 11th in observance of Veterans’ Day.
