The Library Board of Control’s next regularly scheduled meeting is Monday March 17th at 4 p.m. at the Main Library (Ville Platte).  The meeting is open to the public, and public comments and attendance are welcome.  Refreshments will be served.  An agenda will be posted no later than close of business Thurs. March 13th at the Main Library.

The Evangeline Genealogical and Historical Society will meet at the main library (242 W. Main St., Ville Platte) on Saturday, April 26, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.  Everybody is welcome.  Come and learn more about our parish history and about researching your ancestors.
