“At the Library” for April 16, 2023

Check the Facebook page of your favorite library to see what’s going on around the parish!  At the MAIN LIBRARY this week:  Tuesday, April 18^th @ 11 am we will host a FREE Medicare 101 Class. Learn about the A, B, C & D parts of Medicare 2023. Come early as seating is limited.

Then at 1 pm, join our “Tuesday French and Coffee” hour where the conversations are lively, and the coffee is always hot! Then, later that same day at 4 pm, we will host a Family Bingo that is well attended so come early!  

Wednesday, April 19^th, the Mystery Book Club will meet at 10:30 to discuss their latest book and choose another for May. New members are always welcome! 

Look who ELSE is coming to LIBRARY FEST on Saturday, May 20, 2023, from 9 am to 1 pm on the grounds of the main library in Ville Platte! IFNORMTION:  Kerry Brett Henry with Southern Draw Lab Services Phlebotomy Training. COMMUNITY: Evangeline Parish Tourism Commission with Marketing Manager Elizabeth West.  AND THAT’S A WRAP! We do not have any spaces left for additional authors or vendors! The next few articles will feature the books, products or services offered by the many unique participants. Keep an eye on our Facebook page too for updates.
