At the Library for November 27th

We sure hope everyone had a healthy and bountiful Thanksgiving celebration! Our staff and Board of Control are very grateful to our patrons for their constant support of library resources, opportunities and so much more all around the parish!

The Mystery Book Club will meet in Ville Platte on Wednesday, November 30^, 2022 @ 10:30 for their monthly book discussion. New members are always welcomed.

The Library Board of Control will meet at noon on Thursday, December 1, 2022. The agenda will be posted on Monday, November 28^th. The public is always invited to attend.

Fine Free month begin on December 1, 2022 at the main library and all branches. Return any item in good condition to the main library or any branch and have all fines on the item waived.   We will also take 50% off existing fines and charges for lost/damaged items if the balance is paid in full in one lump sum payment during this period.

There are many other programs going on at the main library and the branches so we encourage all to visit the Facebook pages of each to get the current information.
