Due to the expected heavy rain tomorrow, all children’s programs in the library system for Thursday March 10th have been cancelled.

We are monitoring the uncertain weather conditions.  If there is flooding or other issues that impact safe operation of the libraries this Wednesday (March 9th)  or Thursday (March 10th), we will open affected branches late or close them early if necessary.  If there is very heavy rain Chataignier  Branch (normally open 2 to 5) may not be open Wednesday and/or Thursday.  In the event of schedule changes due to weather, we will make announcements on KVPI and post the changes on our website if possible.

Ms. Pat celebrated Dr. Seuss at her storyhour this past Tuesday! Please join her this Thursday, 3/3/16, for another story hour at 3:30 pm. Ms. Pat is also available throughout the day in the Childrens Room on Tuesdays and Thursdays for casual drop-in readings!

What a fun project! Next Tuesday we do it again at 6pm. The new paper craft will be a surprize!
