Our afternoon programs for children are changing just a bit. Our Monday afternoon “Fun with French” and Tuesday “Divine Teen Club” will be put on hold as we reorganize each program. Keep an eye on this column for updates! Tuesday and Thursday’s are still very active with Pat Savoy’s  Mother Goose Storytime with Crafts or movies at 3:30 pm (for ages 2 – 11). This program as grown so much that it will be held in the Multipurpose Room of the main library.

Tuesday Crocheting (when Ms. Pat Fontenot is available) @ 5pm. (This is a drop in class offered by a volunteer and may not occur every week. See Suzy Lemoine for details)

 Wednesday, March 20th, our “Just Craftn’ Around” pre-teen/teen club (8-16) will meet at 4 pm in the Multipurpose Room at the main library to create bath bombs!! New members are welcomed to attend.

We are already gearing up for Summer Reading! The theme this year is “A Universe of Stories” and our grant funded performers are Porta Puppets traveling puppet troupe, Storyteller & singer Daphne Thomas, and Geebo the Clown! Keep an eye on our website for updates in May. If a business or civic club would like to be a sponsor for our always fun and fabulous parish wide summer  reading program and be shown on all of our calendars, brochures, advertisements, etc, please contact Suzy Lemoine at 337-363-1369.
