The Library System is closed at noon on Wednesday May 3rd due to the storm. Turkey Creek and Chataignier branches will not be open.

The main library (Ville Platte) and the Pine Prairie and Mamou branches will close at 12 noon today Wednesday May 3rd due to the storm so that we can get all staff safely home and off the roads between the storm bands.  Basile branch, which is in the path of the storm system first, may close earlier than noon.  Chataignier and Turkey Creek branches will not be open today at all.  We expect to reopen at regularly scheduled times tomorrow Thursday May 4th.
