Frank Levy, the interactive theater guy, performs this week!  He is at Turkey Creek Tues. July 21st at 10 a.m. and at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the main library (Ville  Platte).  On Wed. July 22nd he will be at Pine Prairie at 10 a.m. and at Mamou at 2 p.m.  On Thurs. July 23rd he will perform at Basile at 10 a.m. and at Chataignier at 3 p.m.

Frank is our last performer for summer 2015.  He has performed in Evangeline Parish before and has gotten great response from the kids.

All performances are FREE to the public.  Frank’s performances are sponsored in part through a grant from Decentralized Arts Funding, as administered by the Acadiana Center for the Arts.

Not all of the phone numbers in the phone book are correct for the library system.  For example, Basile’s number in the phone book is a technology-connected number,  not a voice or fax number, so it rings and nobody can hear it or pick it up.  We have the correct numbers for each branch posted on the branch pages of this website, but here is a convenient list for anybody who would like to keep them handy.  We also will be working to get the phone directory numbers corrected as soon as possible.
