Hello, my name is Alyssa Carson and at the age of 3 I wanted to fulfill my dream of being an astronaut. I hope to be the first or one of the first on Mars. I would love to go to Mars because it is a planet that no one has been before.
Delighted to report that Every Paw Animal Rescue (EPAR) is going to participate in Book Fest! So you will be able to pet adorable and adoptable puppies and dogs as well as shop for a great selection of used books, meet authors, enjoy lunch, and generally have fun at the main library on Oct. 8th (rain date Oct. 15th).
Thursday, September 8th, Basile Branch will resume their pre-k story hours. Children 0-5 are welcome to join the wonderful Basile staff and volunteers for stories and a craft! Basile Branch will be celebrating grandparent’s day, so send grandma and grandpa if you can! 10:00. call 432-6794 if you have any questions. The staff hope to see ya’ll!
